What does a technical career look like at FairWind?
Depending on your previous experience, skills, and interest, we would determine together whether you were suitable for our installation onshore, pre-assembly offshore, service, blade, or electrical team.
Each team is made up of different roles but all offer a route to progression, from joining as a new technician, to becoming senior specialist, team lead, or site manager.
Whatever your path, we offer support and training along the way to ensure that you have the right tools and skills for the job.
