Your qualifications

At least 1-2 years of recruitment expertise.
Some experience from the wind industry – preferably
Demonstrated experience in handling high-volume recruitment within a dynamic setting.
Self-motivated individual capable of proactively managing workloads.
Possesses a positive attitude towards service delivery.
Very good in both written and spoken English – must have.
Driver’s license cat. B – must have.

Your Role

Conducting recruitment projects for Wind Turbine Technicians, skilled and new to the industry.
Developing the wind turbine technician talent pool
Negotiating salary rates and finalizing agreements between company and candidates.
Maintaining a recruitment process with particular emphasis on speed, flexibility and scalability.
Developing internal recruitment policies to ensure the efficacy of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
Ensuring excellent recruitment process experience for candidates as well as hiring managers in the company
